Biography

Prof. Mohamed Nageeb Rashed is professor of analytical and environmental chemistry, Faculty of Science, Aswan University, Egypt. His research interest has been analytical and environmental chemistry with special emphasis on green nanotechnology, advanced oxidation treatment methods of water and wastewater treatment by adsorption , nanocatalysis and photocatalysis techniques. He published 110 scientific papers in peer reviewed international journals, and 6 books. He participated as invited speaker in 35 international conferences worldwide. Prof.Rashed acts as editor-in-chief of Aswan University journal of environmental studies. He enrolled among World's Top 2% scientists in environmenatl research by Stanford University, USA. He awarded the Egyptian State Award for Environmental Researches in the year 2001, and Aswan University Merit Award for Basic Science 2020
